It’s a busy weekend for celebrities. Brooke Hogan, the reality-television star daughter of wrestler Hulk Hogan, and football player Phil Costa got engaged in Las Vegas on Saturday. She posted a photo on Instagram of Costa popping the question in front of the Paris hotel, writing “Happiest moment of my LIFE, I am marrying my best friend. I [wouldn’t] choose anyone else. I am so lucky and grateful.” Hogan joked that she “looked scary, but this is the face of total SHOCK.”
